Allocutio of Sr. Teresita Osorio, President of Plaridel Comitium

The Vice-President has an important role to do. Everyone thought that this position have the easiest duties to take for the VP will only check the attendance of according to what they have seen every praesidia meeting. That's why it is being disputed to take by every member who are delegated to the officership ranks. But the truth is, being a VP bears a great responsibility. The VP will keep track of the membership profile. He will monitor absences of the members and at the same time refrain the precedence of absences in the praesidium especially for all four officers. Vacation leaves will also be monitored by the VP and make sure their reasons are valid and acceptable. Absences will also be fold-up to make sure that it will not be a trend for the whole membership. Auxiliary Members should also be monitored and frequently asked from their recruiters if they are reminding to pray the whole tessera along with the holy rosary. We could also include them to our prayers if they are celebrating their birthdays, only after the meeting itself. We should take good care of our auxiliary members for the hope that one of them maybe upgraded to be an active member. This duties of the VP could make the Legion grow with the help of our Blessed Mother. Amen.
